Luca is an associate in the Milan office and practices in the area of Financial Services Regulatory. Luca regularly advises international and Italian clients in relation to banking, financial and insurance regulation issues with particular reference to extraordinary transactions involving supervised entities such as banks, investment firms, asset managers and insurance undertakings.
Prior to joining White & Case in April 2025, Luca practiced in the Finance and Regulated Entities Department of a major international law firm in Milan and in the Consumer Rights department of a non-profit legal services agency in New York.
