Overview

Lucy Bullock is a partner in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London, specializing in Private Equity, with a focus on advising sponsor-held portfolio companies from buy-out to exit.

Lucy advises portfolio companies in connection with their capital structures, consortia coinvestment terms, equity recapitalisations, management equity incentive schemes, international reorganisations, post-completion matters following a sponsor buyout, exit preparations and exits.

Lucy also regularly advises companies on their day-to-day general matters including governance and compliance matters and is often the "outsourced" general counsel for a number of companies.

Experience

Representation of Avast (prior to its IPO) on a wide range of advisory matters following an investment by CVC and Summit, including assisting with exit preparation. Lucy was seconded to Avast during this process.

Representation of Avast plc on its IPO and admission to the Premium Listing Segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and more recently in connection with the proposed merger with NortonLifelock.

Representation of Alvogen on a wide range of advisory matters, including its capital structure, debt related matters and acquisitions, following an investment by CVC and Temasek, including advising Alvogen on the sale of its CEE business to Zentiva.

Representation of Innovia during its buyout and subsequent high yield bond and subsequently on ongoing advisory and governance matters.

Representation of Bluewater Energy and it various portfolio companies following acquisition and during investment periods.
