Dr. Lukas Hackmann
Lukas advises banks and other financial institutions, private equity investors and corporates in connection with public and private debt and equity transactions, including high yield debt offerings and as well as in connection with loan/bond structures, acquisition finance and leveraged finance.
Prior to joining the Firm, Lukas worked for the German Embassy in Madrid, Spain and other international law firms in Munich and Berlin as a trainee lawyer.
He studied law at the EBS Universität Wiesbaden and the University of San Diego, School of Law. Lukas also holds a master's degree in economics.
Advising the underwriters, led by Berenberg and Jefferies, on the initial public offering (IPO) of Friedrich Vorwerk Group SE (Friedrich Vorwerk), a subsidiary of MBB SE. Friedrich Vorwerk is a leading provider of energy infrastructure solutions for gas, electricity and hydrogen applications.
Advising Hamburg-based transport and logistics company Hapag-Lloyd AG (Hapag-Lloyd) on the issuance of a sustainability-linked high yield bond with a volume of €300 million.
