

Biography
Lyn is an Associate in White & Case's global litigation and international arbitration practice, based in Melbourne.
Lyn acts for clients in complex contractual disputes across a variety of sectors, including energy and construction.
Prior to joining White & Case, Lyn was Associate to his Honour Judge Woodward (as he then was) at the County Court of Victoria.
Experience
Acting for the principal of an AUD 430 million wind farm project located in South Australia, including advising on arbitration proceedings, Security of Payment adjudications regarding claims totaling AUD 60 million and court proceedings in the South Australian Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
Acting for INPEX in relation to disputes with contractors regarding the design and construction of offshore facilities for the Ichthys LNG project.
Acting for one of the largest solar-panel makers in the world in an ICC arbitration relating to defective components for solar panels.
Acting for the principal of an AUD 250 million wind farm project located in Victoria, including advising on injunctive proceedings in the Supreme Court of Victoria and preparing for arbitration of disputes.
Acting for a subcontractor in disputes related to the Western Roads Upgrade project, including advising on injunctive proceedings in the Supreme Court of Victoria, and preparing for arbitration of disputes and security of payment adjudications.
