Madeleine Tardif

Madeleine is an associate in the Belgian Transactional practice and the Global Debt Finance and Capital Markets practice.

Madeleine advises clients on a broad range of financing transactions and debt capital structures, including cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings (with a focus on syndicated facilities and direct lending transactions), refinancings, bridge facilities, bank/bond financings, and other lending transactions.

Madeleine holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania College of Arts & Sciences.

Prior to joining White & Case, she practiced for several years in the New York and Paris offices of an international law firm.
