• Astorg Partners on the financing of the acquisition of IQ-EQ, a leading investor services group;
• One Equity Partners LLC in the financing of the acquisition of Clayens NP SAS, a European leader in the processing of polymers, composites and precision metal parts;
• La Française des Jeux on the all-cash tender offer for Kindred to create a European gaming champion; and
• An ad hoc committee of lenders on the financial restructuring of the AccorInvest group with c.€1bn new money injected.
