Mandy's practice focuses on intellectual property, information technology and data protection. She advises leading technology clients and global digital platforms on all aspects of internet and social media law, in particular on data protection law and contractual obligations from a national and European perspective. Mandy advises and represents clients both out of court and in complex litigation before civil courts, often with multi-jurisdictional implications. In addition, Mandy is dedicated to assisting clients with their intellectual property portfolio and advising on AI-specific regulations.
Prior to joining White & Case as a lawyer, Mandy worked as a research assistant in the firm's Berlin office, where she was involved in all types of legal advice related to digital platforms, and later also completed parts of her legal traineeship in the firm's Melbourne office.
