Marco is an Associate in the firm's Global Commercial Litigation Practice, with experience in court proceedings and domestic and international arbitrations. He advises clients on major projects in the infrastructure sector, including in relation to renewable energy and transportation (road and rail). He has additional experience in disputes relating to the construction of major commercial premises.
Before joining White & Case, Marco served as an Associate to the Honourable Justice Sloss in the Supreme Court of Victoria, where he assisted on a variety of commercial disputes.
Acting for Moorebank Intermodal Company on the $1.5 billion Moorebank Intermodal Terminal in south-west Sydney. Marco is advising in relation to arbitrations against the developer Qube Limited and its subsidiaries, arising from construction claims for variations and delay costs.
Acting for a British fund manager in connection with a dispute over the construction of a solar farm in Victoria.
Acting for the developer in relation to a large-scale residential and commercial development in Melbourne.*
