Vale in connection with an application for a grant from the U.S. Department of Energy for a green steel product.

Rockville Energy on a $100 million financing for a portfolio of solar PMGD projects of up to 140MW in Chile.

Jefferies, Investec, the Bank of Montreal, Goldman Sachs, and Starwood in a Term Loan B refinancing related to eight natural gas power plants, each with an installed capacity ranging from 133MW to 1,617MW located in Connecticut and New York.

I Squared Capital Advisors in its issuance of the first tranche of a bilateral bridge term loan facility in favor of Montana Renewables, an emerging sustainable aviation fuel producer.
