Overview
Marco Zacchino is an associate in the Firm's Debt Finance Practice in London. Marco has experience advising financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in relation to a wide range of finance transactions, including cross-border acquisition finance, restructurings and general bank lending.

Representation of an asset management company on a multi-jurisdictional transaction to provide €29 million senior loan facilities to a leading European cloud telecommunications provider.
Garanti BBVA, 2020
Representation of Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of America as arrangers of an ESG-linked syndicated loan facility for Türkiye's Garanti BBVA. This was the first such ESG-linked loan in Türkiye and is believed to be the first in the world to be made available to a bank.
