Overview

Marcus Collins is a well-established intellectual property adviser and practitioner in trademark matters.

He has wide-ranging experience of all aspects of IP law, with particular focus in the field of UK, EU and international trademark prosecution, trademark portfolio management, branding and infringement matters. He also advises on internet domain name and design registration issues.

Recent clients include, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Sandoz International GmbH, the National Football League (NFL), and Facebook.

Marcus joined the Firm in September 1999 from niche IP firm, Llewelyn Zietman. He also previously worked in-house at SmithKline Beecham plc's Corporate Intellectual Property Department.

Marcus is a Visiting Fellow at Queen Mary College, University of London where he lectures on trademark law and practice.
