Providence Equity Partners on its auction sale of a 50% stake in Globeducate for an enterprise value of c. €2 billion, a primary and secondary education provider with a network of 65 international schools across 11 countries.

Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP) on the €734 million acquisition of 100% of Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales, S.A. from listed Spanish company Sacyr, S.A.

Acciona Energía on its €293 million auction sale of 175 MW of 23 hydroelectric assets located in Spain to Elawan Energy, a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation.

Representation of Waterland Private Equity-backed Companionco BE B.V. in the acquisition of a significant stake in the capital of Auren Holding SP, S.L.P., a multidisciplinary professional services firm in Spain, specializing in audit, legal advisory, consulting and corporate finance services.

Waterland Private Equity on the acquisition of a 50% stake in Montronic Vic, S.L., a Spanish electronics manufacturing company.
