Experience

Advised the lenders on Elis €850 million senior credit facilities in connection with the Initial Public Offering.

Advising the banks on the financing of the public takeover bid initiated by Jaccar Holdings on Bourbon shares.

Advised the mandated lead arrangers on financing for the acquisition of St Hubert, a leading producer of standard, low fat and innovative spreads, by Montagu Private Equity from Dairy Crest Group.

Advised the lenders on a new €3 billion syndicated credit facility signed by the French carmaker PSA Peugeot Citroën.

Represented the global coordinator, arranger, agent and security agent, and the B2 agent in (i) the €770 million refinancing of the existing financial indebtedness of the Delachaux group in October 2014 and (ii) the repricing of such financing in June 2015. This covenant-lite financing is one of the very first of its kind in France.

Advised the lender, arranger, facility agent and security agent on the amend-and-extend transaction which refinanced Elis's debt of €1.897 billion.
