Marie-Christin Frowerk

Marie Frowerk is a member of the firm's Capital Markets / Banking practice.

She advises clients on loan transactions, including acquisition financings, on the side of borrowers and sponsors as well as on the side of banks and other financial institutions.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Marie Frowerk gained experience in capital markets and banking law at other international law firms in Frankfurt and Berlin.
