Marie Terrillon
Biography
Marie is an associate in the Competition and Antitrust practice in the White & Case’s Warsaw office. She advises domestic and international clients on competition, consumer protection and commercial law matters. Her experience includes merger control and foreign investment filings, including complex phase II proceedings, as well as antitrust, abuse of dominance and unfair market practice matters across industries such as food, paper, automotive, aviation and manufacturing.
She represents clients in proceedings concerning practices that infringe consumers’ collective interests and involve unfair contract terms, including matters in the cosmetics, media and finance sectors. She also has particular experience advising on greenwashing-related issues.
Marie supports clients in M&A transactions and due diligence processes, internal investigations and compliance initiatives.
