Select experience includes advising:
- Pembina Pipeline in connection with the commercialization of its Prince Rupert propane export terminal, including on innovative time charter vessel arrangements.
- Energy Transfer in connection with a landmark 20-year agreement with Chevron to supply 3 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) of LNG from Energy Transfer's Lake Charles LNG export facility located on the Louisiana Gulf Coast.
- International energy company on its potential offtake, joint venture arrangements and equity investment in Rio Grande LNG.
- Chevron regarding a major gas monetization project in Equatorial Guinea involving the negotiation of Gas Processing and LNG Tolling Agreements, LNG marketing arrangements, agreements with the Government of Equatorial Guinea, and upstream agreements covering the development and transportation of gas to the Gas Processing and LNG Plants.
- Aries Clean Technologies in relation to potential development of a waste-to-energy project in the United States.
- Vale S.A., a Brazilian multinational corporation engaged in metals and mining and one of the largest logistics operators in Brazil, on its acquisition of shares in Anglo American Minério de Ferro Brasil S.A., owner and operator of the Minas-Rio mine in Brazil. Vale will contribute assets and construct a railroad line to transport high-grade iron ore product to ports.
- Corporación Andina de Fomento, a development bank committed to sustainable growth in Latin America and the Caribbean, in relation to a US$220,000 A/B loan to foster investments to tackle climate change while supporting long-term economic growth in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
