Biography

Martin Lodéon is a senior associate in the EMEA Private Equity team of our Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.

Martin joined the firm in September 2025 after practicing over seven years at a top-tier M&A French law firm in Paris in its M&A and Restructuring Practices.

Martin intervenes in both transactional and litigation matters by assisting clients in M&A projects, restructuring proceedings and commercial lawsuits and settlements.

Martin commonly advises directors, companies, shareholders and investors on equity capital infusions and other corporate transactions, corporate, contracts and stock market law matters, divestments, sales and acquisition of business assets and equity stakes, among others.

He has strong experience advising boards and directors of listed companies on various types of sensitive transactions, and on director's duties related to stock market regulations.
