Matt Reznick

Matt is an associate in the Firm's Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Group, with a focus in asset finance transactions. Matt's experience includes aircraft and helicopter financings, fleet restructurings, and equipment leasing, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions.

Matt graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law, cum laude, where he served as a Teaching Assistant for the first-year Legal Research and Writing course, and as an editor of the Pepperdine Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Matt worked in the business affairs group at a global talent and sports agency and he also spent time in France as a high school English instructor.
