Biography
Matthew is an associate in our EMEA Private Equity team within our global Mergers & Acquisitions practice based in London.
Matthew advises private equity, financial sponsor and strategic clients on a range of transactions across various sectors, including: acquisitions, disposals and investments; joint ventures; restructurings; carve-outs; and equity incentive arrangements.
Matthew is a member of White & Case LLP’s EMEA Infrastructure and London Oil & Gas groups.
Experience
Representation of EQT and IFS on the minority stake sale and investment in enterprise software provider IFS, a leading provider of cloud enterprise software and Industrial AI applications, at an enterprise value of EUR 15bn.
Representation of Nordic Capital on:
- the acquisition of Evosep; and
- the acquisition of Minerva Imaging ApS.
Representation of Harbour Energy plc on its divestment of certain Indonesian oil and gas assets to Prime Group for a cash consideration of $215m.
Representation of EssilorLuxottica on its acquisition of Signifeye.
Representation of Bridgepoint and SK Aerosafety Group on its acquisitions of Reheat Aero Limited and Frontline S.r.l.
Representation of InPost on its offer to acquire Evri*
Representation of Equinor on:
- its acquisition of Suncor Energy UK Holdings Ltd for a total consideration of USD 850 million; and*
