Overview
Melanie is an associate in the Global Capital Markets Practice at the Firm's Frankfurt office.
She advises banks, investors and corporates in respect of complex cross-border finance transactions, including real estate and project finance.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Melanie gained experience as a trainee lawyer in the fields of corporate and finance law at the firm's Hamburg office and at another international law firm.
