• Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners in the acquisition, divestment, financing and development of various renewables projects in Australia and Taiwan, including the Winterbourne Wind Farm, Chalumbin Wind Farm, Lotus Creek Wind Farm, Summerfield BESS and Fengmiao 1 Offshore Wind. Fengmiao 1 Offshore Wind was awarded ‘Asia Pacific Offshore Wind Deal of the Year 2025’ by Project Finance International and ‘Offshore Wind Deal of the Year 2025’ by IJ Global for Asia Pacific;
• TagEnergy on the development and financing of the 756MW Golden Plains Wind Farm (Stage 1) in Victoria, Australia. This deal was awarded ‘Asia-Pacific Renewables Deal of the Year 2022’ by Project Finance International;
• GreenPoint Energy in relation to the acquisition, divestment, financing, delivery and revenue contracting of various projects, including the Melbourne Renewable Energy Hub, Koolunga BESS, Calala BESS and Lower Wonga BESS.
• European Energy in relation to the acquisition, delivery and offtake of the 1.1GW Upper Calliope Solar Farm in Australia;
• Genesis Energy on the development of the 100MW/200MWh Huntly Battery Energy Storage System in New Zealand;
• Octopus Australia in relation to the acquisition of the 180MW Dulacca Wind Farm located in Western Downs, Queensland, Australia;
• METLEN in the acquisition of the 120MW Munna Creek Solar Farm in Queensland, Australia;
• OX2 in the development of the SEC Renewable Energy Park and Muswellbrook Solar Farm and Battery;
• Neoen in the AUD $1.1 billion portfolio financing and sale of renewables portfolio in Australia;
• Genex Power in relation to the development of the Kidston Pumped Hydro Project in Queensland, Australia.*
