Michał Subocz heads the Firm's Dispute Resolution practice in Poland.

Michał Subocz focuses on dispute resolution before arbitration and common courts. His main area of practice is construction disputes. He has advised and represented major international and domestic construction companies in disputes related to their projects in Poland. The projects – mostly under FIDIC – concerned infrastructure, commercial centers, roads tunnels, stadiums, etc.

Prior to joining White & Case, he worked for a global law firm and at the legal department of the National Bank of Poland.

He is a member of the Polish Arbitration Association, the Poland-Japan Economic Committee, as well as an arbitrator in the Arbitration Court at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers (Lewiatan).

Michał trained in the US at the Minnesota General Prosecutor's Office in Saint Paul, in the finance department, as well as in an international brokerage house.
