Michelle Perez

Michelle is an associate in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency group. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including the representation of debtors, creditors, and other interested parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, cross-border proceedings, and related transactions.

Prior to joining White & Case, Michelle served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan S. Trust, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of New York, and to the Honorable Julie A. Manning, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Connecticut.
