Mika Suzuki

Senior Counsel, Tokyo



Mika Suzuki has over 20 years' experience as a licensed Japanese lawyer (Bengoshi). She is also admitted as a US attorney in the State of New York. She has practiced primarily in the fields of litigation, real property, corporate, M&A and bankruptcy law. She serves as a judicial commissioner at the Tokyo Summary Court.

Ms. Suzuki graduated from Soka University Law Faculty (LLB) and the Legal Research and Training Institute of Supreme Court. After she worked for a law office in Tokyo, she obtained an LLM degree from Indiana University, and worked for a law firm in New York, advising mainly real property and corporate law fields. She joined White & Case Kandabashi Law Offices in association with White & Case in August 1999. She speaks Japanese and English.

Ms. Suzuki is a member of the Tokyo Bar Association.
