Mila Aliberti is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group and is resident in the New York office. Mila represents corporate clients and private equity funds in domestic and global mergers, acquisitions, equity investments and joint ventures in a broad range of industries.
Mila earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. While earning her degree, she served as a Research Editor to the Hofstra Law Review and as a federal judicial intern for the Hon. Steven L. Tiscione.
Mila has received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for excellent achievement in the study of International Business Transactions. Upon graduation, she also received Citations of Excellence in Advocacy and Litigation law, Alternative Dispute Resolution law, and Corporate and Securities law.
