Mila Owen
Biography
Overview
Mila Owen is a litigation associate in the New York office and a member of the Firm's global Intellectual Property practice. Her practice focuses on complex intellectual property and commercial litigation, representing clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and energy industries. Mila also has experience with advising clients on strategies for managing IP-related risks, as well as with domestic and international commercial arbitration and investor-state disputes.
Prior to joining White & Case, Mila was on the editorial board for the Journal of Law and Technology at Harvard Law School, and advised early stage start-ups for the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project.
Mila has taught negotiation courses at Harvard Law School and for the executive education program at the Harvard Negotiation Institute.
Mila is a co-chair of the Firm's Black Affinity Network.
