Overview

Mira is an associate in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice at White & Case in the Miami office. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters, including representation of debtors, creditors, purchasers, and other interested parties in international insolvency proceedings, Chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, and related transactions.

As a law student, Mira worked as a legal intern to federal District Judge Darrin Gayles of the Southern District of Florida and at the Eleanor R. Cristol and Judge A. Jay Cristol Bankruptcy Pro Bono Assistance Clinic at Miami Law. She also served as the Chair of the Miami Law First-Generation Law Association.
