Biography
Mofe Onuwaje is an Associate in the Firm's Debt Finance practice group based in the London office. Mofe has broad experience advising lenders, sponsors, and borrowers on complex cross-border transactions, including energy export credit financings, sovereign financings, and acquisition finance.
Mofe trained at the firm and spent time in the Investment Funds, Debt Finance, and Corporate M&A teams in London. He also spent six months on secondment in the firm's Debt Capital Markets practice in Paris.

Funds managed by Castik Capital S.à r.l on the debt financing for the acquisition of a majority stake in Interact Software.
Exponent on the refinancing for Big Bus Tours Group.
The mandated lead arrangers in connection with a refinancing for Motus Capital Proprietary Limited, South Africa's largest automotive retailer.
Financing Sources in connection with financing the acquisition by Investcorp of Stowe Family Law, a leading technology-enabled UK family law firm.
