White & Case advises Castik Capital on debt financing for Interact Software acquisition

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised funds managed by Castik Capital S.à r.l on the debt financing for the acquisition of a majority stake in Interact Software.

"The White & Case team advised Castik on another SaaS investment and we look forward to supporting the team further as it executes its ambitious growth strategy to establish Interact as a leading employee experience platform for enterprise customers," said White & Case partner Colin Harley, who led the Firm's deal team.

The debt financing for the transaction was provided by funds advised by Barings Asset Management and StepStone Group.

Founded in 2014, Castik Capital is a Luxembourg-based private equity firm focused on making investments in Europe-headquartered, high quality growing businesses led by strong management teams and founders.

Interact Software is an intranet software provider headquartered in Manchester, England focused on facilitating internal communication, knowledge sharing and employee engagement. Its customer base spans North America and EMEA.

The White & Case team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Colin Harley (London) and included partners David Dreier and Yehuda Rubel (both New York), counsel Heidi Schmid (New York) and associates Man Hay Yip, Jere Agbaje, Mofe Onuwaje (all London), Emily Brewster (Los Angeles) and Jessica Snowy Chen (Houston).
