Experience

Representation of Morgan Stanley and the other initial purchasers on the debut offering of US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.75 percent senior secured notes due 2026 by Brookfield Property REIT Inc. (BPR), BPR Cumulus LLC, BPR Nimbus LLC and GGSI Sellco, LLC. BPR is a subsidiary of Brookfield Property Partners, L.P., one of the world's largest commercial real estate companies. The proceeds from the offering were used to repay existing indebtedness.

Representation of the lenders in connection with the provision of a US$50 million term loan facility and a US$30 million revolving capex facility to a domestic borrower operating bulk liquid storage facilities located in Georgia and Louisiana and servicing the Port of New Orleans.
