Biography
Overview
Moritz is an associate in the M&A/Corporate practice group in the Firm's Hamburg office.
He advises corporates, fast growth companies, financial institutions and investors on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and general corporate law issues. He draws on his entrepreneurial experience from working for one of Europe's leading company builders.
Prior to joining the Firm, Moritz worked inter alia for Deutsche Fußball Liga and gathered professional experience in other leading global law firms. He studied law at EBS Law School in Wiesbaden and Singapore Management University.

Advised Pollen Street Capital on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Pair Finance from some of its existing shareholders;

Advised FNZ Group, a leading global wealth management platform which partners with large financial institutions and wealth management firms managing more than US$1.5 trillion in assets for over 20 million customers worldwide, on the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in DIAMOS AG from ConQor Deutschland GmbH;
