Biography
Nada is an associate in the Project Development and Finance Group in the London Office. She has significant experience in advising regional and international banks and financial institutions on project development, banking and project finance aspects of various complex projects. She also acts for commercial banks, multilaterals, development finance institutions, institutional investors, sponsors, infrastructure and private equity funds and corporates on energy, natural resource and infrastructure financings in a wide variety of jurisdictions. She has been ranked as a "Rising Star" by IFLR 1000 from 2020 to 2024.

Representative experience includes:
Representation of Saudi Power Procurement Company in the tender process of several renewable energy projects in KSA.
Representation of Saudi Aramco on the Ras Tanura Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant and several residential projects in KSA.
Representation of the lenders to Ventient Energy, Europe's largest operator of onshore wind farms, on the multi-award winning €2.6 billion refinancing of existing debt financings, alongside the creation of a new investment platform designed to expand Ventient's renewable energy business and projects across Europe.
Representation of the lenders to Sonnedix, a global renewable energy producer, on the multi-award winning €2.5 billion refinancing of more than 44 existing financings across its 1.1 GW portfolio of renewable energy assets in Spain, Italy and France.
Representation of the lenders on the refinancing of HS Orka's refinancing and private placement note issuance.
Representation of ADES Group on a US$3 billion upsized financing from lead regional and Saudi banks.
Representation of VTTI, a global leader in independent energy, on a USD 1.7 billion refinancing.
Representation of JBIC, NEXI and a consortium of commercial lenders as lenders local counsel in relation to the first BOO wind farm power project in Egypt, located in the Gulf of Suez area, to develop, build, finance and operate a 250 MW wind farm project, which successfully achieved financial close in December 2017.*
Representation of IFC, EBRD and OPIC as lenders local counsel in relation to the second BOO wind farm power project in Egypt, located in the Gulf of Suez area, to develop, build, finance and operate a 250 MW wind farm project, which successfully achieved financial close in August 2019.*
Representation of ADES Group in connection with the US$1.6 billion hybrid (conventional and Islamic) financing granted to ADES Arabia Holding JSC (a newly incorporated entity and one of the few holding companies incorporated in Saudi Arabia) and ADES Saudi Limited Company for the refinancing of existing debt and financing recent major acquisitions.
Representation of African Export Import Bank (Afreximbank) in relation to a US$ 3 billion short term facilities to Arab African International Bank, United Bank and National Bank of Egypt. The Facilities will be guaranteed by a guarantee issued by the Central Bank of Egypt.
