Natalia is a professional support counsel in Mergers & Acquisitions Practice of the Firm. Located in the Moscow office, Natalia supports the Practice Group in developing standard forms of documents; designing internal and client-tailored training programs; monitoring and analyzing legal and market developments; managing the Group's best practice documents collection; and producing regular client newsletters on Russian law developments.
Natalia also helps to coordinate knowledge management activities more generally across the Moscow office and supervises the team of professional support lawyers, librarians and records managers. She leads a variety of cross-office cross-practice knowledge-related projects in accordance with the Firm's Knowledge Strategy and provides legal and practical know how to support the Firm's practices.
As a Russian lawyer, Natalia concentrates in corporate and civil law, real estate, and intellectual property matters. She also devotes her time to pro bono initiatives of the Firm, in particular, she advised international non-governmental non-profit organization Médecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors without Borders) on all its projects in the Russian Federation from 2000–2007.
Natalia is a visiting lecturer in the top Russian law schools. She leads courses on legal research, legal writing, legal ethics, and other soft skills for lawyers in the Moscow State University, Moscow State Institute of International Relations and the Higher School of Economics. Her community and social activity has been noted with the special inter-office Pro Bono Award.
Before joining White & Case in January 1999, Natalia worked as a lawyer in the legal department of a well-known Russian-American bank, where she dealt with corporate, banking and consumer lending matters.
