Overview

Nathan is a litigation associate in White & Case's Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on antitrust litigation and related counseling. Nathan is also actively involved in pro bono matters at the Firm.

Nathan represents clients in a wide range of industries and frequently represents clients in the pharmaceutical industry with cases involving allegations of reverse payment settlements, product hopping, and sham litigation. Nathan has represented leading global pharmaceutical companies in several multidistrict antitrust actions against direct and indirect purchaser putative class actions.

During law school, Nathan served as an Executive Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review and served as Vice President of the Emory Intellectual Property Law Society. Nathan also served as a teaching assistant for Advanced Legal Writing and Editing under Professor Timothy Terrell.
