Advised on various insolvency matters, including proceedings relating to KaDeWe Group GmbH and Gigaset AG.

Advised a coordinating committee of lenders in connection with the financial restructuring of the Wittur group, a German elevator components manufacturer. *

Advised a coordinating committee of lenders to the Schur Flexibles group, an Austrian flexible packaging manufacturer, in relation to the debt-for-equity restructuring of its loans. *

Advised Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC and certain other financial institutions in relation to the USD 7 billion financial restructuring of the NMC Healthcare group, implemented by a market-first deed of company arrangement under the Abu Dhabi Global Market insolvency regulations. *

Advised the Flint group in relation to the extension of its credit facilities via parallel English schemes of arrangement. *
