Overview

Ndidi Eseonu is an associate in the Firm's London Corporate M&A practice. She has a variety of transactional experience, including private equity, public and private mergers & acquisitions and equity capital markets.

Ndidi spent six months working in the Firm’s Singapore office, and also undertook a short secondment to the Lagos office of Banwo & Ighodalo, a leading Nigerian law firm.

Ndidi is a member of the Firm’s Africa Interest Group.
