Overview
Ned is an associate in our Project Development and Finance Group in the Melbourne office. He advises clients on the acquisition, development, construction, maintenance and sale of major infrastructure and construction projects, with a particular focus on renewable energy.
Experience
Ned's experience includes:
Advising RRJ Capital in the buyout acquisition of Gategroup Holding AG from HNA Group Co.
Advising FRV on the delivery and financing of the 67.8MW Goonumbla Solar Farm in New South Wales, Australia and 85MW Winton Solar Farm in Victoria, Australia.
Advising Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of a 95 per cent. interest in Swancor Renewable Energy Co. Ltd, including its 25 per cent. interest in the Formosa 2 offshore wind farm project in Taiwan.
Advising Neoen on the delivery and financing of the Hornsdale Power Reserve expansion and the 128MW Numurkah Solar Farm in Victoria, Australia.
Advising Neoen and John Laing on the A$650 million portfolio refinancing of all three stages of the Hornsdale Wind Farm in South Australia, Australia.
Advising ESCO Pacific in relation to the delivery, financing and sale of the 175 MW Finley Solar Farm.
