Neeraj Shah is an associate in the Technology Transactions Practice. He advises clients on an array of matters including intellectual property, information technology, data privacy, cybersecurity, and financial technology (fintech).

His experience includes reviewing licensing arrangements and evaluating registered and unregistered intellectual property assets and practices as part of legal advisory work for clients in strategic and financial acquisitions and divestitures and joint ventures and venture capital financings. Additionally, he advises companies on cross-licensing patents to patent licensing consortiums and patent sales via a competitive auction. He has also assisted companies both in the US and abroad in developing mobile payment solutions and peer to peer and peer to merchant transaction platforms.
