Nick Abbattista is an associate in White & Case's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice.  He has experience representing debtors, creditors, and other parties in interest in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts.

Prior to joining White & Case, Nick served as law clerk to the Honorable Roberta A. Colton, Bankruptcy Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.
