Overview
Nick Falconer is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
Nick has experience advising on a broad range of corporate matters for both domestic and international clients, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, private equity transactions and general corporate advisory.
Nick regularly works on transactions across multiple jurisdictions in a range of industry sectors, including energy, technology, banks/financial institutions and pharmaceutical companies.
Prior to joining White & Case, Nick trained at a global law firm.

Representation of a global automotive company on the sale of one of its UK businesses.
Acted buyer side on behalf of an international energy company on the purchase of a large solar project.*
Advised an established clothing company on its IPO and main market (premium) listing in the UK.*
Assisted a publicly listed pharmaceutical company in connection with a private placement to UK and US institutional investors.*
Advised an international consortium on a proposed joint venture involving the energy and heating infrastructure of a major UK city.*
