Biography
Overview
Nicole is an associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance group in the Firm’s Houston office. Her practice focuses on complex domestic and international commercial transactions in the energy industry, including term loan B financings, reserve based loans, purchase and sale agreements, project development, mergers and acquisitions, commodity and interest hedging arrangements and joint ventures.
Experience
Representation of an affiliate of Sixth Street Partners in a US$402 million overriding royalty interest acquisition and joint venture with Antero Resources Corporation.
Representation of power generation company in its $40 million working capital revolver and secured commodity hedging arrangements secured by four natural-gas fired power generation facilities located in Texas.
Representation of privately held midstream company in its $1 billion acquisition financing of pipeline systems, gas processing plants and CO2 treating facilities located in New Mexico and Colorado.
Representation of PE direct lender in $75 million delayed draw term loan facility and project financing of a 140 mile propane pipeline from Corpus Christi to Sweeney, Texas.
Representation of Levi Strauss & Co on its acquisition of approximately 80 retail stores in Bolivia, Chile and Peru.
Representation of Motiva Enterprises in connection with its acquisition of Flint Hills Resources’ chemical plant in Port Arthur, Texas.
