Nicolle Odutoye is an Associate in the Firm's Debt Finance Practice in London. Nicolle's practice focusses primarily on advising alternative capital providers, private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and other borrowers on leveraged acquisition finance and financial restructurings. Prior to joining White & Case, Nicolle worked at an international law firm, focusing on fund, real estate and leverage financings.
