Nika Larkimo is an associate in the International Arbitration Practice Group in Helsinki, currently on a secondment at the firm's Paris office. In 2017–2019, Nika was seconded to the firm's London office.
Nika has acted both as counsel and as tribunal secretary in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. She has also experience in corporate and financial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions, having worked for the firm's transactional department for two years. Nika has represented a variety of clients from various jurisdictions and industry sectors.
Nika also regularly publishes on issues related to international dispute resolution.

Advising several M&A warranty & indemnity insurance providers and underwriters in underwriting of transaction insurance policies for business transactions in the Nordic markets.
Representing Luvata Group and its owner Nordic Capital in the sale of Luvata Heat Transfer Solutions to Modine Manufacturing Company.
Representing Scandinavian Tobacco Group A/S and its selling shareholders, Skandinavisk Holding II and Swedish Match Cigars Holding, in the IPO and Nasdaq Copenhagen listing of the shares in Scandinavian Tobacco Group.
Representing Nordax Group AB (publ) and its selling shareholder, Vision Capital, in the IPO and Nasdaq Stockholm listing of the shares in Nordax.
