Nikolay is a partner in our Corporate/M&A practice. He focuses on M&A transactions and joint ventures. He has significant experience advising clients in natural resources, petrochemicals, TMT and financial services industries on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. Nikolay also leads the Technology Working Group in Moscow.
