Olga Kosno is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Information Technology (IP/IT) practice of White & Case in Paris.
Her practice focuses on advisory and litigation matters for French and international clients in the areas of IP law (copyrights, trademarks, designs and models), IT law (IT agreements such as software licenses, integration, outsourcing, ASP, SaaS, cloud computing), internet law (e-commerce, online gambling, liability of technical intermediaries), data protection, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining White & Case, Olga acquired experience in the IP/IT/Privacy department of another American law firm in Paris. She has also worked within the legal departments of a multinational technology company focusing on online advertising and search engine technology, a multinational technology company engaged in e-commerce and cloud computing, and an English company providing industry-leading audit, consulting, tax, and advisory services in Paris.
Olga is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
