Oliver is an associate in the corporate department of the Firm's London office and focuses on private equity. He has experience in a range of corporate transactions, including sponsor-led private equity deals, international private M&A and corporate reorganisations.
Oliver joined White & Case as a trainee and qualified into the private equity team having completed a secondment to the Firm's Singapore office.
Advising Cott Corporation (one of the world's largest producers of beverages on behalf of retailers, brand owners and distributors and based in Tampa, Florida) on its acquisition of Eden Springs (a leading European direct-to-consumer services provider that specializes in home and office delivery water, office coffee services and filtration) from Rhône Capital.
Advising Goldman Sachs on its investment in an online B2B2C software platform which connects investors and asset and wealth managers, allowing asset and wealth managers to digitalise their business model.
Advising Neighborly, Harvest Partner’s Texas-based portfolio group which franchises various home service brands, on its acquisition of Dream Doors, a UK kitchen refurbishment franchisor business
