Olivier is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice of our Brussels office and the Global Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
He advises, represents and defends domestic and international clients on all types of litigation matters, with a particular focus on the following core areas: complex civil and commercial disputes; corporate, joint venture and post-M&A disputes; follow-on damages claims; securities litigation; white collar crime investigations; restructuring and insolvency disputes.
He graduated summa cum laude from Ghent University and obtained his LL.M. from the University of Chicago, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.
Prior to joining White & Case, Olivier practiced for several years at another international law firm in Brussels.
