Biography
Onose Ogbebor is an associate in our global Real Estate industry group based in London. She has experience advising lenders and borrowers on a range of financing transactions in the real estate sector across several asset classes such as data centres and hotel and leisure. Onose advises on complex cross-border real estate financings across the EMEA region and has substantial experience in executing such transactions. She also has experience advising on corporate real estate focused transactions.
Onose joined the firm as a trainee and completed seat rotations in Private Equity, Real Estate (corporate and finance) and Arbitration in London. She also spent six months on secondment to the Firm's Frankfurt office where she worked with the Debt Finance team, acting for lenders on high value corporate financings including syndicated lending transactions.

Representation of a leading data centra developer on several transactions including the development financing data centres in Italy, Frankfurt and Wales.
Representation of a leading international investment bank in their financing of a Spanish portfolio of real estate loans.
Representation of a large Israeli bank in respect of its provision of debt finance in the hotel and leisure sector in the UK and Spain.
