Biography
Oscar Beghin is an EU litigation associate representing clients in administrative enforcement and judicial review proceedings in front of the European Commission and EU Courts, respectively. His practice spans across the areas covered by the Firm's EU law practice group, with a particular focus on the regulation of digital platforms. He has particular experience in the application of the Digital Services Act and the Digital Markets Act.
Oscar combines a deep understanding of EU procedural and administrative rules with a pragmatic, results-driven approach, delivering tangible outcomes for clients both in and out of the courtroom. He has acted in over fifteen cases in front of the EU Courts across substantive areas, including competition, online platform regulation, data protection, State aid, and trade defence.
Prior to joining White & Case, Oscar worked in the trade practice of an international law firm.
Oscar has lectured on EU law at Sciences Po Law School and Ghent University.
