Oskar Andrews is a partner in White & Case's Global Debt Finance Practice, Global Financial Institutions Industry Group and Global Private Capital Industry Group, based in Stockholm. Oskar is widely recognized in the Swedish banking market and has extensive experience advising on both out-of-court and in-court restructurings and insolvencies. He advises Nordic and international banks, private credit providers, private equity sponsors and listed corporates on a broad range of financing matters. His experience includes project and infrastructure finance, leveraged finance, export and structured trade finance, big-ticket leasing, automotive and equipment finance, ECA and insurance-backed finance, supply chain and receivable finance, and borrowing-base facilities.

Before joining White & Case in 2026, Oskar served as CEO of DNB Finans AS, Sweden Branch, and previously held senior legal and management roles within DNB, including Head of Legal for Sweden and Northern Europe.
